Volunteers are the heart of the American Red
Cross. And we'd like you to join us.
As a Red Cross volunteer, you can serve meals
to disaster victims, or help plan a golf tournament fund raiser. You can
teach CPR, or help soldiers arrange trips home for the birth of their
children.

Getting Started
It's easy to become a Red Cross
volunteer. Just call us at 843.757.7437 for more information or come into
our office to complete a volunteer application
form. After your application is processed, we will take you through a
three-step process to determine where you fit in and provide orientation
into a rewarding position:
- An interview and screening with our
Volunteer Coordinator to discuss your interests and availability
- A one-hour orientation of the American Red
Cross and our Mission
- Training in the service in which you'll be
working
Once your area of service has been
determined, we will continue to work with you to identify additional
training and growth opportunities.
